The delivery of the food took a long time. Ultimately, we waited far longer than the time specified by the delivery company (approx. 2 hours) Attempting to inquire about the current status of the order over the phone, they were told very unkindly that "he doesn't care whether he delivers to us or not" and "he is now transferring the money back and we should please order from another delivery service because he now has no time to phone and answer questions "! The only question asked was whether the delivery was already on the way. I find that an absolute cheek to deal with customers like that.

Best ice cream in town! ? Many delicious varieties and decent portions, so that the price / performance ratio is absolutely in order. The other dishes and drinks also taste very good. In summer you can sit outside, inside it is nicely decorated. The staff is polite and friendly. It's always fun to go to this ice cream parlor.

Ordered a pizza and some pasta 1st time from these guys tonight. Well deserved 5 star. Price+taste+ delivery time....fantastic value, just me honest opinion, not to mention I live 15km away I had my food delivered super fast. Looking forward for my future orders.. this review I had to edit. I am still (and the one and only food delivery service I use) I have forgot to mention that their customer service is outstanding) I can only give 5 stars but well deserve 6 I tried many pizza.and food delivery service in kaufbeuren but most of them let me down regards to delivery time or quality. Never had a single disappointment with theses guys. Not to mention me being a Canadian have a hard time to communicate with some of the take out joints. But these guys actually speak well English, and always fulfill their promise, when it comes to my order...so well done and keep make people happy as you 99.9% probably do.. Just my two cents worth..

pizza and Gelato were good. But the wait time for the pizza was 30 minutes. They take away orders came first than the ones from the people sitting in the restaurant. The owner an italian did not stop to yell and even said bad words in italian. You can order to take away but do not go in that restaurant is my advice.

I come here from Vancouver Canada and the ice cream is always so delicious. Especially the raspberry!
